Had a really nice stay with Crystal holidays, glad I've chosen it. Generally everything was perfect, however the bathroom was tiny. The location was magnificent for my stay, 400 metres from Art Cafe Alla Torre.

A lovely lakeside escape
The hotel is conveniently located just a short stroll from the lake, nice for good evening walks while enjoying local ice creams. The pool area is sparkling clean with plenty of loungers available.
Despite the friendly staff, service can be slow during peak dining hours. My dining experience was marred by long wait times between courses, detracting from the overall enjoyment.

Great location, good value for the money and if you manage to get a room at the end of the wing, also quiet at nightime.
Breakfast room was little caotic, breakfast itself was simple but still enough.

Stayed at Le Palme when I got married in Lake Garda and was happy with my choice and so were all my family (9 of us) who also stayed there. Location is good - 3min walk into Garda, rooms were very clean and comfortable and the buffet breakfast had a good selection. You are also able to use the hotel next doors pool as well as their own. Overall a good hotel.

Hotel was clean, breakfast was reasonably okay - not a great selection of fruit etc and mainly had meats. If you went down for breakfast near their cut off point of 9:30am a lot of things had run out and were not replaced. Hotel was close to town of garda - less than 5 minute walk. Had hoped to get a lake view in Garda but this was not to be - dont think any of the rooms would have viewing access to the lake. Clientele were mainly older couples and entertainment at night catered for this. Average hotel and fairly reasonable. Would have no major complaints about it but would not say I was dying to get back to it either.
Breakfast was average. The balcony in our room adjoined the balcony in the next room. Every morning the couple in the room next door were up early and sat talking on the balcony which woke us up. It was a bit irritating as we had to leave the shutter door open to let in some air (airconditioning was not on in June) and they were very loud.

The lack of room privacy and poor breakfast quality made our stay uncomfortable. The coffee machines needed cleaning, and I was disappointed to find canned fruits during the fruit season.

The Hotel was close to the water but not to the crowds or downtown noise.
Unfriendly reception and waiters. Dining room crowded and stuffy, poor air flow. Dining tables and chairs were poorly layed out making it difficult to get to the buffet tables. Front rooms overlook the patio, which gets noisy in the evening, and smokers gather there. Tours gather early in the morning right underr the bedroom windows. We switched to a room at the back of the hotel with was much better.

The outside of the hotel looked a little shabby but this was not reflected inside.

I likied the location and its olde world charm.
I would have liked thicker towels and tea/coffee making facilities in the room.
